There are three main ways the body becomes "out of whack" or trapped in "survival-mode" so-to-speak. Physical dysfunction (muscle, nerve, joint pain), nutritional deficiencies (trouble with organs & glands), and emotional blockages (fear, worry, anxiety) keep us from healing. Ironically, it is those same three areas that put the body back in balance and restore us to healing-mode. We also look at how well (or not) you sleep, how you breathe (shallow or deep), your hydration level (water), and how you move (exercise/stretch).
